How do I delete my account and data?

  1. Open the BodyVision AI app
  2. Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

All your data, including photos, body fat estimates, and generated images, will be permanently deleted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find BodyVision AI
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

How do I restore my purchases?

  1. Open the BodyVision AI app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"

If you were charged but don't have Pro access, try restoring purchases first. If that doesn't work, contact us with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.

How accurate are the body fat estimates?

Our AI provides estimates for informational purposes only. Results are approximations based on visual analysis and may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, clothing, pose, and individual body characteristics.

For clinical accuracy, please consult a healthcare professional or use methods like DEXA scans.
