By using BodyVision AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Service Description
BodyVision AI provides AI-powered body composition analysis and visualization services:
- Estimates body fat percentage from photos
- Generates transformation images showing potential results at different body fat levels
- Creates personalized diet and workout plans
Important Disclaimers
Not Medical Advice
BodyVision AI is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.
- Body fat estimates are AI-generated approximations for informational purposes only
- Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, clothing, and other factors
- Do not use these estimates to make medical decisions
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program
No Guaranteed Results
- Transformation images show potential appearance, not guaranteed outcomes
- Actual results depend on many factors including genetics, diet, exercise, and medical conditions
- We make no promises about specific results you will achieve
User Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate information
- You must have rights to any photos you upload
- You are responsible for your account security
Acceptable Use
You MAY:
- Use the app for personal fitness motivation
- Save and share your transformation images
- Follow the generated diet and workout plans (at your own discretion)
- Delete your data at any time
You MAY NOT:
- Upload photos of other people without their permission
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or abuse the service
- Create offensive or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute our service
Content Rights
Your Photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. You grant us permission to process them for AI analysis and transformation generation. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without consent.
Generated Content: You own transformation images generated from your photos. We do not claim rights to generated content.
Subscription and Payment
Pro Subscription
- Unlimited transformations (no watermark)
- Personalized diet and workout plans
- Progress tracking
Payment Terms
- Subscription pricing is displayed in the app
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time through Profile > Delete Account.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for health outcomes from following app recommendations
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
